Portfolio-, Program- and Project management has determined my professional life for over 30 years.

Responsible for strategic projects or complex portfolios and programs, I initiated the certification of dozens of project managers across companies in the early 2000s.

In the years 2005-2015 I was an IPMA level A and B assessor for the VZPM in Switzerland and the GPM in Germany.

Since 2016 I have been the chairman of the Appeals Committee of the VZPM.

 Operations:

Providing frontline services, from ad-hoc consultancy to full operational roles as portfolio, programme or project manager.

As an interim manager, I am available on a temporary basis for the rapid, pragmatic and results-oriented solution of time-critical management tasks.

In this way, I bridge leadership or skill vacancies at top management level or as the person responsible for strategic projects.
